We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username, password, M3U link). You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• You may not share your account credentials with others beyond your purchased device limit.
• Reselling or redistributing access without written permission is prohibited.
• You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe.

All subscription fees are displayed in USD (or local equivalent) and are payable in advance. We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, and cryptocurrencies.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

IPTVusax provides the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or completely secure. We are not liable for issues caused by your internet service provider, device compatibility, or third‑party content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IPTVusax and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent/illegal activity. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support.

Upon termination, you remain liable for any unpaid fees. No refunds for unused periods unless provided in our Refund Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London, UK.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
